Below is the message we get to see when a file size which is over 10mb(as configured on remedy admin console), is being attached to a ticket in Remedy 9.1v.
Message: ARERR  The size of the attachment is too large. Maximum size of available slot is 10,485,760 bytes.(Attachment1)
It should be displaying the file size in MB and not in Bytes.
Also if it has to be in bytes then the error message should been customizable, as it is hidden/disabled for customization for now.

This should have been rectified in 9.1 as it was same in 8.1, however it was missed.
