Populate Customer's Assets automatically in Incident, Work Order, Problem, and Change in Smart IT 1.5.01.

Currently when an agent wants to enter an Asset to Incident's 'Affected Asset' or link an Asset in Incident's Related Items, either the agent needs to make a call to customer and ask for the asset name he/she is reporting an issue against, or do a copy-and-paste from user's request content.


Hence we are looking for a more intuitive and productive way for agent to input accurate information, which is list all Assets that assigned to the Customer of this Incident in the detail screen for selection so agent can simply choose an asset (or multiple) that matches customer's description. Similar implementation should apply to Work Order, Problem Investigation, and Change forms.
