Implement needs attention flag similar to what SRM offers in the SRM Request Entry console. Today, IT staff working with ITSM console have no insight whether someone else changed an ITSM record (changed field value, added work info, ...) since they last looked at the record. It's not easily possible in the UI to visually identify ITSM records (incidents, changes, work orders, ...) that have recently changes. Often there is no e-mail notification either. SRM Reqeust Entry console has such a function for end users (if SD staff creates a public work info, which is copied to the AcitvityLog of service request) then the end user gets a notification and the record is flagged in the Submitted Requests / My Requests table.
