On behalf functionality and Related Approval

Hi Team,

 

Remedyforce allows us to create a ticket in behalf of someone else, but if we have approvals for that ticket for manager, it is not working as expected.

Suppose  User A is a support staff, User B is the customer.

User A creates a ticket on behalf of User B. So approval should go to manager of B, not for manager of A.
