Multi-picklists in Self Service are not user friendly.
- If user wants to pick multiple options, It is not clear HOW to do it. I often hear they didn't even know they COULD select multiple options.
- Even when you learn how to select multiple options, it is cumbersome. It would be much better if you could select/move options one at a time like in the Console. (Due to limited screen real estate, Available may have to be on top, and Chosen on bottom as show in my mock up).
