To make the Queue and Staff pop-ups more visible

The Queue and Staff fields are at the very bottom of the Incidents/Service Requests form, so when text is entered and auto-complete offers a pop-up from which you can make a selection, the pop-up is off the bottom of the screen and you have to scroll the page to see the offered list.  You have to do this twice, first for the Queue, then for the Staff.  This is time-consuming and RSI-inducing.  It would be better if the lists were to pop up, not down, or if the page were to automatically scroll to accommodate the new content.
