If a user manually triggers incident creation via BSR in the Truesight Console, BSR should have the option to set the Customer+ field to the Truesight user that initiated this action.

 

Currently, in the design of BSR, the Customer+ field is not populated, as it is considered that the Incident is created through automation from Truesight (there is no human Customer for the Incident).

 

However, if the Incident is triggered manually by a user in the Truesight Console, there should be a configurable option that would allow the Customer+ field to be set to the user that initiated this action in Truesight.
