Single-click Items in Self Service Portal

Our customers and agents are getting frustrated with the fact that they need to double-click on the buttons within the Self Service Portal to access the Quick Templates. Because it's a web interface, they assume single-click. I would like to request that it be changed to single-click if possible.


Alternatively, at least a way to edit the customer landing page for the Service Portfolio window in order to provide instructions on how to use it.
