It would be super useful to know how users interact with e.g. remedyforce self service portal. This could give a lot of insight what is useful in the portal, do users find what they are looking for and how fast etc. There is a real need behind this feature. Having said this, it would be nice if google analytics, piwik etc. could be used to track what the users do in the page and how they interact with the service. At the moment it seems that its impossible to track anything on the self service... i guess the workaround is not to use the self service built it but rather build your own and tracking users there. But i think this is waste of resources when this can be easily implemented in the remedyforce.
