Enable Smart Suggestions in Self Service 3.0

In Self Service 2.0 the Smart suggestions was introduced. This was extremely helpful for end users to prevent duplicated tickets, guide them to templates, reduce new tickets as Knowledge articles where presented.

 

Can we please add this to Self Service 3.0 so we can present end users with some intuitive suggestions again.
