myit.onbmc.com portal 'On behalf of' enhancement

After submitting requests through the myit.onbmc.com portal, other authorized users within in our organization are able to view but not update the entries.  As a workaround, we can send emails to ;myit@i.onbmc.com' that are then automatically added to the request but this is not nearly as convenient as being able to do the same via the portal itself.  The enhancement request is to leverage 'On behalf of' functionality to allow authorized users within a ROD customer's organization to be able to enter Comments and/or Attachment's on their co-worker's request.
