It would be nice if a template could be built in checklist form. For example, we often have requests for setting up new employees or configurating new computers. It would be nice if there was a template we could apply that would have a pre-built check list for the different things that need to be done for the setup of each of these tasks.
Starting with Track-It! 2018, you can create a table in the notes of a template. That table can be updated with X marks in each row.
