Outbound emails from task is not shown on task audit log.

Hi,

 

When a mail is sent from Task System In Mid Tier and Smart IT:

1.Mid Tier View : Adhoc emails sent from task system in Mid Tier does not reflect in ‘Task Audit Log’ in Mid Tier.

2.SmartIT View: Adhoc emails sent from task system in Smart IT does not reflect in ‘Task Audit Log’ in Mid Tier.

3.Mid Tier View: Adhoc emails sent from task system in Mid Tier does not reflect in ‘Activity Log’ of Smart IT.

 

This feature is working fine in Incident Tickets and it would be be better if the feature is implemented for task tickets too to keep the feature uniform on Remedy.
