Maintenance Windows to be added in the Change Calendars of RoD Customers in myit.onbmc

Dear all,

 

Currently the Change Calendar (for the customers that are using Remedy OnDemand) is representing only the change requests that are scheduled for the specific customer.

 

Outside those change requests, there are ongoing maintenance activities almost every month.

 

It will be very useful, the schedule for the maintenance activities performed by BMC teams, to be also visible in the RoD customer's Change Calendars.
