We have a requirement that does not allow PII to be added into the system. When it is detected we have to remove it, sometimes we can redact the information, other times we have to delete the work log entry and the attachments entirely.
Normally we do this by going to the HPD:WorkLog form and deleting the record or the attachment. If we remove the attachment from HPD:WorkLog it still shows in the Incident form.
Lastly any deletion is not reflected Smart IT and there isn't a process to manually remove them from the MongoDB. !
