Approval Process and Service Request email idea

I could really use an option that automatically adds to the Action History emails that are sent as a part of Approval Processes and Service Requests.  Often, I have users who report that they did not receive the email notification.  If the approval request email and its response were added automatically to the action history, I could easily confirm that the email did send and to whom RF sent the email.

 

Today, when users report that they did not receive the email prompting approval, I have to go to the Exchange Administration team and request that they investigate.
