After the latest Service Broker Hotfix (nov2016), the contents of dropdown list are sorted alphabetically (with Upper case 1st, then lower case), and this applies to all the dropdown lists within the same form.
I have an environment dropdown list which previously having the following selection: DEV, UAT, PROD.
But now, it is sorted as DEV, PROD, UAT.
BMC support also mentioned that enabling sorting for dynamic menu is not even done in SRM.
It will be great if we can choose which dropdown list to sort.
