Smart IT: When sending an email via "Share", there should be a possibility to add a direct URL in the mail

Hi!

 

By using the "Share"-Button in Smart IT, I can send e-mails to different users.

Those e-mails contain the ID, summary and description, but not more, and I cannot access the ticket directly as there is no link:

It would be helpful if it would contain a direct link to the corresponding ticket. So in case that I want to inform colleagues of one of my tickets and I send them mails via "Share", it would be a lot easier if my colleagues could just click on a link in the mail to get directly to the ticket, instead of manually opening Smart IT and searching for the Ticket ID.
