Risk level in Smart IT should only be allowed to be changed through answering the questions, if the company has risk questions set up, disallow manual overriding the risk level. Currently Smart IT allows setting the risk level through the changed but it allows manual override and even though the risk level is changed the risk answers remain the same.
For example if you have 5 questions and answering "yes" to all of them results in risk level 1, If the agent changes the risk to 5, the risk answers are left unmodified. This will create huge problems in audits and reporting.
I strongly believe that this is a defect but according to support this is working as expected.
