In V9.1 configuration of support groups for a service company is done by populating entries in the CTM:ServiceCompanySupportGrpAssoc form. This is a completely manual task. This is a tedious and error-prone task for companies that are service-providers. Manually configuring 200-odd support groups for each service company that is onboarded can lead to errors and omissions.
It would be much more useful if the ability to 'bulk load' this form was included in the DMT company onboarding jobs that are used to load the foundation data for a company
