Today, a user creates a Service Request for another customer with Smart Recorder by @<Customer> !<ServiceRequestName>. This results in a Service Request with

Requested For = Customer

Requested By = Customer

BMCs solution for adding the myself (the current logged in Smart Recorder agent) as Requested by is: @<Customer> !<ServiceRequestName> @<MyName>.This woul result in

Requested For = Customer

Requested By = Myself

 

Our use cases contain service desk systems where agents created hundreds of tickets for calling customers. Therefor a solution would be great where the logged in agent, using Smart IT / Smart Recorder automatically becomes the Requested By of the Service Request.
