Remove the name of the HR Agent from the comments (entered by HR Agent in HRCM) viewable by the requestor in their My IT Case
To ensure requestors contact the team rather than the individual team members
If the HR Agents name is visible in the response which can be viewed by the requestor in MyIT then the users are likely to ping the agents on Skype or email them directly, circumventing the use of HRCM.
Example of current behavior
I submitted a case as a requestor in MyIT. When the case was responded to by the HR agent his name is visible along with the comment
