Group Notification when a case is created

Request for Enhancement


When the requestor submits a case via MyIT or if a case is created through an email then send an email notification to the group informing them that a case has been assigned to your group.

Why Important


So that the team is aware that a case has been assigned to them. Most of the teams working on HRCM perform backend operations and HRCM is used by them to respond to employee queries. They are not constantly logged in to HRCM. The proposed notification will help them to pick up the cases on time and respond to them.


Example of current behavior

Currently we get notifications only when the case has been re-assigned by another group or if the case is assigned to an individual. Refer examples below:
