actually the "Status Reason" field is not an explicit field in the change screen in SmartIT. Only during a status change the "Status Reason" value is visible in the change view. In the ticket console you can see the "Status Reason" value not dependent to the change status.
But when the status of a change is "closed", it is not possible anymore to see the status reason value in the change screen.
The idea is to add the field "Status Reason" below the status of the change.
Please vote for my idea.
