An request in MyIT shows Request number and some basic information as well as creates a link to open the initial request information. This does not happen with CLM requests which shows inconsistency to the end customer. At least the request number should be shown and a link created. If a link to CLM is necessary to actually achieve that fine - why not.
If changes are created they should be either linked into the request shown in MyIT or if not possible at least be updated into the request shown in CLM.
