In ITSM, when a ticket comes for approval to the manager in Approval Central, the approver gets the following options to perform on the ticket.
Approve -- the tickets gets approved.
Reject -- the ticket gets rejected.
On Hold -- the ticket will be put on hold for approval until he gets further details on the ticket.
Reassign -- the ticket will be redirected to second approver (to whoever the first approver wants to) for approval.
But in MYIT the approver gets only three options which are "Approve", "Reject" and "On Hold".
Can we have "Reassign" option as well in MYIT which will help in redirecting the Service Request for approvals to another manager like in ITSM.
