Support Windows authentication in Microsoft SQL Server-scoped BDA SQL Actions

Currently, BDA's SQL Actions only support two authentication modes for SQL Server: connecting to the instance as the Windows account the BDA agent is running as, or connecting to the instance using a login defined on the SQL Server instance (with either storing the credentials in the action or prompting for them at runtime).

If a user wants to run a T-SQL script by connecting to a SQL Server instance as an arbitrary windows user, they cannot use SQL actions; they need to include the SQL in a script action that then logs in as that user and invokes SQL Server's command line client.

Implementing this for SQL actions within BDA would be trivial, and should not be the customer's responsibility.
