Add the ability to restrict categories by account for the category tree available in the "Submit a Ticket" function in the self service Portal. The use case is we have over 200 Services that only need to be seen at specific accounts across the globe. The current solution provides a cluttered "mess" which is rejected by users. Example is that one Location will see all the 200 Services, but they are only interested in 4.
For Service requests, this is solved in the request Definition, but for the "Submit a Ticket" function, there is currently no solution.
