I noticed that the "Task Name" field is not available as a column in the Ticket Console in Smart IT. (this was the case in previous versions as well)
The Task Summary/Description is there, but not the Task Name. And since it's not there, it can't be searched/filtered for.
I think it would be very useful if that field/column was available and I can't see a reason why it wouldn't.
Could this be added in version 1.4?
