In Problem form if we create a lookup field for Incident number and try to link ‘closed’ incidents to the problems the lookup window does not show closed incidents in RF Console but it shows both closed and open incidents in Salesforce problem form.

In Problem management, Problem form if we create a lookup field for Incident number and try to link ‘closed’ incidents to the problems the lookup window does not show closed incidents (shows only open incidents) in RF Console but it shows both closed and open incidents in Standard problem form.

The lookup window should show both open and closed incidents while selecting.
