as a partner from BMC, we are often escalating tickets from our customers to the BMC support. As for this, we have to choose our Support profile and the Customers Support Number.
However, the customer Support Number is in the new Support Portal a dropdown, containing more than 500 Entries in our case and seems not to be sorted. Picking a Customer in this way causes us some pain, as we need to be somewhat lucky to find the right customer (especially if we have e.g. a holding and 2 sub companies which are named nearly identical).
It would be great, if you could exchange the Dropdown for a searchable ComboBox to present the customers.
