A typical thing for our users to do when submitting service requests in the past was to email us with pasted screen-shots. The Self Service web client only allows for an image to be attached, which requires our users to complete more steps before they are able to submit their request. The email monitor checks for attached images or images added to our signature line, which I believe are html coded, but it does not catch any pasted images in the body of the text.
Would it be possible to:
- Have a rich text field in the self service client so that users can simply paste screen-shots into the request
- Have the email monitor catch the screen-shots pasted into requests submitted by email. - This part is already implemented. Track-It! strips off embedded screen shots and adds them as attachments.
