MYIT - Show REQ number

When a user creates a new Service Request ticket in MYIT, they are presented with a message of "Service Request is successfully created".


Users are then having to go to the "Activity" section to view the request number which can be frustrating for them.


It would be great it we could include the request number in the submit message to something like "Service Request REQ34243 is successfully created."

This feature can be either disabled or enabled via the configuration console if required.
