Some of the system generated messages that are delivered to customers are not business friendly, contain grammatical errors, and the like. It would be very desirable to be able to customize format and content in order to deliver messages that are appropriate and deliver a message consistent with the needs of the organization.
For example, here is a message that is sent to clients after giving their approval via email:
"Your vote approval for [Item: Service Requests, Process: Service Request Workflow, State: Pending Approval] was counted."
A bit too generic and FPSC technical. There should not be an expectation that the client has to know what a Service Request Workflow is.
