I have heard many prospects ask for this feature recently so I wanted to make sure this one was on the list.
The idea is to have a scheduling component that would allow a Track-It! administrator to select a report, canned or custom, select how often to run the report and enter the email addresses of the recipients of the report.
Then on the specified interval, Track-It! would generate the report and email it to those people designated to receive it.
I can see this being a great way to keep managers or directors up to date on weekly, monthly or quarterly statistics about the help desk.
