- When an email is sent to the requestor have Track-It automatically change the
status. For example, we have an "Awaiting Response" status.
- Similar to #1, when the requestor replies to an email have Track-It change
the status again. For example, change the status to "Updated by user".
- When the requestor replies to a closed work order email, change the status be
something other than "Open". For example, "Re-opened".
