We would like to see the ability to close a WO by simply replying to a message with "[closed]" or something similar in the subject line or body of the email and have an email monitor policy in Track-It! change the status to Closed. This would allow tech's in the field to close tickets from their mobile devices without the need to login to the client, be it desktop or web.
