Improved Sharing of Incident and Change Templates

Today you have to one by one associate groups to an Incident or Change template. I understand this is necessary so a Support Group Admin can create a template for their group.


This is a major hassle when trying to role out a template for consumption by a large number of people. This gets even more cumbersome in a multi-tenant environment. Wouldn't it save time if there was a Super Template permission that allowed the user to easily share the template as Global or for all in a Company or for all in a Company/Org. This needs to really work at this level and not just auto create for each group under the company and under the org. It needs to be dynamic so that new groups are added they inherit the visibility to the template.
