BMC Software India Pvt. Ltd. organized a press conference on the 2nd of December at their Business Bay facility to share news about the new rebranding exercise.
The press conference introduced to the world, the new BMC, and its new identity, branding, logo, strategy, and vision. The recent rebranding exercise aims at creating a more contemporary and human feel within the organization.
Tarun Sharma, CEO of BMC Software India Pvt. Ltd., shared with 27 reporters, the new vision of BMC and how it brings to life the concepts of ‘Living IT’ throughout the Company. BMC Software believes in injecting high energy, enthusiasm and excitement each day in all its employees, and has been striving towards ensuring good employee satisfaction as a part of its mission.
As a new member of the organization, hearing Tarun Sharma and Suhas Kelkar speak about the vision of BMC India, its journey from inception till date, and its various philanthropic activities made me feel absolutely proud to be a part of BMC. An insider’s point of view makes one realize that BMC Software is right on the heels of companies like Qualcomm, Salesforce and Google that are already on the Fortune 100 list of ‘Best Companies to Work for’.
It’s interesting to note that the organization has set up a new paradigm in the industry, with its novel theory of ‘Bringing IT to Life’. An amalgamation of ‘human’ with ‘technology’ within the premises gives the Company a very lively feel, and the rebranding, a whole new meaning.
Extreme collaboration amongst employees, encouragement to innovate, work together and enjoy their time at work, defines BMC Software as a Company that runs on the three pillars of Great Technology, Great Place to Work and Being Socially Responsible. Also of keen interest to the news folks were the leaders’ talks on how BMC is actively engaging in various CSR activities, especially for girls from the Jagruti School of Blind.
One feels proud to be a part of an organization that not only helps build better systems and solutions, but also better lives.
“BMC helps companies make the transformation into being digital enterprises, a necessity for them to succeed in business today. Our new logo, the Helix symbolizes our vision of being the DNA of digital transformation. The new identity and vision gives us the opportunity to explore, and exceed expectations of our internal as well as external stakeholders,” shared Suhas Kelkar, Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for APAC.
On the heels of the press coverage came the print advertisement of BMC in Pune Times, reiterating that BMC helps organizations ‘live IT’ and transform into digital enterprises.
