I am looking forward to implement the feature of SLA Response time in Track IT! 10.5.

Any help appreciated. As far as i know this feature is not available in 10.5, however we need this.

 

So one of the ways i am thinking is to have a custom field and populate if with the values using some formula.

If any one has done this please giude me in achieving this.
