IDD is planning a focus group to receive input on how and when external and internal customers access and use PDF documents. Although we have moved much of our content to docs.bmc.com, we know that customers like PDFs, and we want to address your pain points related to PDFs.

We'll have 2 meetings - the first to get your feedback, and the second to show you how we've addressed that feedback and validate if that meets your needs. We're targeting May for the first meeting.

To join the focus group, respond to this blog post with your name and email address, so we can determine the best day and time for the meetings. Or you can email me at deborah_silvi@bmc.com with the information.

If you are a BMC customer, would you like to represent your company in the Customer Advisory Board for BMC Information Design and Development and provide BMC with your documentation preferences and requirements?

The CAB meets regularly to advise BMC on industry trends, business priorities, and strategic direction regarding documentation. BMC shares advance information to CAB members on ideas and prototypes on new docs.bmc.com features, and we address feedback to refine documentation improvements.

If you are willing to actively participate in CAB meetings and discussions, consider joining this strategic advisory group comprised of senior leaders from customer companies. Please ensure your company is aware of your request to participate. Request membership at Information Design and Development Documentation Customer Advisory Board.
