Alderstone CMT can now migrate :

 

  • Historic Change Requests, with full history of Approvals and Worklogs
  • Live Change Requests with associated in-flight Approvals
  • The full CMDB including all Configuration Items (Cis) and Relationships between Cis and to Tickets

 

It’s been a few weeks since our last demonstration where we shared an end-to-end migration from ServiceNow of Foundation and Live Incidents, along with Incident SLAs.

We’re already working on our next demo which will show the migration of live Change Requests and Approvals along with a full CMDB migration. This should be published in the next week or so, but we were so excited about how cool the CMDB data looks in BMC Helix that we wanted to share these screenshots now!
