Dear OnDemand Customer,
The OnDemand team will be performing maintenance on the production servers that host your OnDemand systems for the month of February 2017. This activity is needed to ensure continued uninterrupted service to our end users.
The following activities will be performed :
- 1. SQL Maintenance
The BMC Infrastructure team will perform SQL server OS maintenance for your OnDemand non-production and production database.
Downtime and System/Services Impacted:
During this activity, there will be a service disruption of 15-20 minutes.
Schedule (All times in UTC – 24 hour clock):
- Prod systems
Start: February 26th 2017, 05:00 UTC
End: February 26th 2017, 11:00 UTC
The OnDemand team will send email notifications on the same email id before staring the Maintenance activity and after its completion.
