Dear Customer,

Kindly accept our sincere apologies.  We are changing the dates for SQL  maintenance to comply with the standard windows for AMS DC.

·         SQL Maintenance

 

The BMC Infrastructure team will perform SQL server OS maintenance for your OnDemand database.

 

Downtime and System/Services Impacted:

During this activity, there will be a service disruption of 15-20 minutes.

 

Schedule (All times in UTC – 24 hour clock):


·         Prod systems
Start: February 25th 2017, 00:00 UTC
End:  February 25th 2017, 06:00 UTC

Dear EMEA OnDemand Customer

      

The OnDemand team will be performing maintenance on         the non-prod and production servers that host your OnDemand         systems for the month of February 2017.         This activity is needed to ensure continued uninterrupted service to         our end users.

      

 

      

The following activities will be performed :

      

1.               Network Maintenance

      

The BMC infrastructure team         will be performing maintenance to the Firewall and F5 hosting your         non-production and production servers.

      

 

      

Downtime         and System/Services Impacted:

      

During this activity, there will be a service         disruption of 5-10 minutes.

      

Please note that Non-Prod and Prod maintenance         will be done on the same day.

      

 

      

Schedule (All times in UTC – 24         hour clock):

      

·                 Prod and Non-Prod systems

         End:  February 11th         2017, 02:30 UTC

      

 

      

 

      

2.               SQL Maintenance

      

 

      

The BMC Infrastructure team will perform SQL server         OS maintenance for your OnDemand database.

During         this activity, there will be a service disruption of 15-20 minutes.

·                 Non Prod systems

      

Start: February 4th 2017,         00:00 UTC
         End:  February 4th         2017, 06:00 UTC

      

·                 Prod systems
        
Start: February 18th 2017,         00:00 UTC
         End:  February 18th         2017, 06:00 UTC

      

 

      

 

      

The OnDemand team will send         email notifications on the same email id before staring the Maintenance         activity and after its completion.
