Knowledge Base Category using Keyword Search does not return results

    PROBLEM:

    Knowledge Base Category using Keyword Search does not return results

    1.    Create new KB article
    2.    Set Title to :  How to install word
    3.    Set Description to:  How to install word

     
    4.    Save
    5.    Create new KB Category from Administration > Workspace > Knowledgebase
    6.    Set Keyword search as the Criteria – How to
     
    7.    Save
     
    8.    Go to Knowledgebase
    9.    All Solution will be displayed and Solution is shown
     
    10.    Change Category to How To
    11.    Nothing is shown
