"Could not contact the Track-It! License Server" while entering Serial # or Activation Key

    PROBLEM:

    While installing BMC Track-IT!  if we enter the Activation Key/Serial Number, we encounter the below error.

    CAUSE:

    Using Serial Number/ Activation Key is not recommended.


    SOLUTION:

    While installing the Application, browse to the License File instead of using the Activation Key/ Serial Number method.
