    PROBLEM:

    The Discovery Access page shows that the endpoint has a status of "NoAccess (Host identification failure - no HostInfo)"

    In the session log the string "syntax error near unexpected token" appears and the structure of the file has an abnormal view.

    For example:

        if [ ${PHYSICAL.EN_US} -ne 0 ]; then
            echo num_processors: ${physic
        fi
        if [ "${CPUTYPE.EN_US}" != "" ]; then
            echo processor_type:
        fi
        if [ "${CPUSPEED.EN_US}" != "" ]; then
            echo processor_speed:
    [root@Hostname ~]#     fi
    -bash: syntax error near unexpected token `fi'
    [root@Hostname ~]#     if [ "${RAM.EN_US}" != "" ]; then
    >         echo 'ram:' ${RAM.EN_US}
    >     fi
    [root@Hostname ~]# fi
    -bash: syntax error near unexpected token `fi'
    [root@Hostname ~]#
    [root@Hostname ~]# # Get uptime in da

    SOLUTION:

    Legacy ID:KA373060

    The root cause here are delays in the session line output. To solve this problem more time is needed for the session output.

    Go to Administration->Discovery Configuration and change the parameter "Session Line Delay" to 50 or 100miliseconds.
