How to find if the service request was created from MyIT or SRM or SmartIT/WO/IM

    QUESTION:

    How to find if the service request was created from MyIT or SRM or SmartIT/WO/IM ?


    ANSWER:

    Trigger following query on AR System DB

    Select Source_Keyword,count(*) as [Requests Count] from [SRM_Request]
    Group By Source_Keyword
    Order By [Requests Count] Desc
     
    It will show you results as

    Source_Keyword      Requests Count
    WO                        11
    IM                          12
    MyIT                      13
    NULL                     14

    The above results shows --  11 Service requests were created from work order module , 12 from Incident management module , 13 were submitted from MyIT console and 14 were submitted via SRM hence it is NULL.
