Remedy with Smart IT
All version of Smart IT till 20.0X
Created custom selection value for Relationship Type Menu, to be displayed while relating incident to change request.
It is visible in ITSM however not in Smart IT
Also, all the relationship present in ITSM for Change, Incident or any ticket type with custom relationship type in not visible in smart IT.
Currently it is not possible to view custom relationship type value in the Smart IT.
This would be an enhancement to the Smart IT product.
