    PROBLEM:

    How to disable the "Return to SalesForce" option in Self Service 3.0


    SOLUTION:

     

    Steps to Disable "Return to Salesforce" option are:
    1.Click Setup | Expand Develop | Click Custom Settings.
    2. Beside Remedyforce Settings Click Manage.
    3. Click Edit beside DisableReturntoSalesforce.
    4. Change the Value to True | Click Save.
    5. Verify when a user log into Self Service 3.0.

    Note: In lightning ,"Return to Salesforce" is not available.This is as per design of Remedyforce.
